After earning a law degree I started my career at Reed Elsevier / RELX., a leading multinational in media and information technology. First in commercial roles and later as a business unit director and MT member of a strategic, online-marketing division.
Managing a cross functional team, being responsible for strategy and policy, stakeholder management, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions on an international level, make me a knowledgeable and all round business partner for my clients.
In the past years I acquired solid expertise in HR, executive search and online recruitment resulting in a considerable track-record of satisfied clients and candidates.
I’m passionate about my work and the business domain. There’s nothing better than bringing people together. Helping clients to strengthen their business and shape the companies and helping candidates to find a job they love.
Finding the right people for my clients is my key focus but I’m also available for interim assignments for organization and management advice, corporate search & recruitment, support with CV and LinkedIn profile page development and improvement.
